1、 Legal representative of your company should sign on letter of bidding. If your company
win bidding for all the XXXXXX, or won partial of our total biddings or all our
biddings, it is necessary to note your special discount to us if have.

　　2、 PPP certificate allowing to mark the label “PPP” on related products.
　　3、 Price list filled by your company
　　4、 The more economic or more advanced design scheme advised by your company, detailed technical norms of necessary materials, and related price list if have.
　　5、 Name and address of the manufacturer of XXXXXX
　　6、 Your divergence on terms of contract if have any.
　　7、 History of your supply in China and to the world, and honors awarded.

Your company should fill in all terms on the price list. The currency unit is either RMB or US$. The price includes transportation to Tianjin. The valid date of price list should be written (at least 120 days).

The paper of bidding should be written either in Chinese or in English, and will not be returned to you no matter you win the bidding or not. All expenses for your tendering should be paid by your company.
